CHS REUNION... IT'S WAS ONE HORNY NIGHT!

Yes, it was a very horny night at the CHS Reunion this past Civic Long Weekend in August. For close to 400 Champlain Alumni and their Guests, it was a special weekend capped off with "A Viking Night to Remember." Some came from as far away as New Jersey, North Carolina, Toronto, Washington State and even Australia. And most importantly, they came from around the corner and throughout the Ottawa Valley all to be a part of their Champlain High School Reunion. Regardless of their points of origin, Champlain Alumni arrived in style and with great anticipation to reconnect with their old high school friends and the many faces that were a big part of their days at Champlain High School.

As Co-Chair of the 2008 CHS Reunion, I personally would like to thank everyone who helped make this memorable experience one that will resiginate with each of us for years to come. To my Co-Chair Alicia and the entire Viking Squad, who we're total awesome from start to finish, a big thanks to you and your families for your time, your commitment and for making this such a pleasant experience for all of us. To our many sponsors and partners, thank you. To MY FM and the Pembroke Observer, Ontario Power Generation, Peter Adam and the Catholic School Board (without whom there would not have been a place to celebrate), Pat Molson and ALL of our friends and sponsors, thank you.

CHS Alumni Bursary:

Proceeds from the CHS Reunion will go to establish a new CHS Alumni Bursary for a deserving student at Champlain Discovery School. To make a donation to the CHS Alumni Bursary, email us your contact info and amount to champlainbursary@live.com.

We will be posting a the pictures online for everyone to see later this week. As I mentioned, we are planning to establish an Annual Champlain High School Bursary for a deserving student at Champlain Discovery School with contributions and donations from CHS Alumni. A group photo will be available later this week for a small donation along with the other photos. So help us keep the Champlain Viking Legacy alive for years to come.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Some of you might have already heard, but we are planning something really special on the heals of a very successful CHS Reunion. Watch for details coming soon and be sure to mark it on your calendar as this one you do not want to miss.
